Job Description:
Boart Longyear has an exciting opening for a new Global Employee Development Manager. If you are looking for a hands on strategic HR role, this may be the perfect position for you. As the Employee Development Manager you will have the opportunity to build and create a new function within our global HR team. You will help to build Boart Longyear’s brand and practices to move us to a recognized global employment leader. This role is an exciting opportunity if you have a background and experience in systems or methodologies which will support employee and leadership development, organization development, career development systems and talent management.
A key component of this role will be to design and create initiatives which support and are embraced by our global operations team. Your approach and initiatives will lead us to increased levels of retention, and engagement across the business and especially in our field roles. In this role, you will be a member of the senior HR team and will help in tackling some of the most critical and challenging aspects of our business.
