The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and develop a team of recruiters responsible for hiring to support one of Blue Origin’s business units. They will build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and partner with HR partners to support organizational growth and talent needs. They will maintain a focus on building a high-performing talent acquisition team that consistently sources and delivers a pipeline of top-quality talent.

Responsibilities:
Support the evolution of the talent acquisition team towards a function that is consistently viewed as a strategic, consultative and proactive partner with the business
Ensure your business unit and hiring managers receive world-class talent acquisition consultation and support
Partner with leadership and HR partners to develop and execute plans that identify and drive productivity improvements enabling the team to deliver against aggressive hiring goals
Build and lead a team of high-performing recruiters in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and goals
Continuously assess process to identify areas for process improvement and partner with your peers, HRBP and People Services to design and implement solutions
Ensure the talent acquisition team is viewed as a trusted and collaborative partner with other departments, including ensuring strong partnerships with the HR business partners, peers, Marketing, DEI and University Relations and other enterprise teams
Partner with TA leadership and business leaders to strategize and execute on our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion priorities and drive recruiting-related initiatives to support diversity hiring efforts
Provide regular updates to TA leadership and business leaders on progress against hiring targets and other key talent acquisition initiatives
Requirements:
6+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience to include high volume and technical environments
Experience mentoring, training, or leading a team
Bachelors degree, or additional years of relevant experience
Understanding of full cycle recruiting and ability to develop, train and support a team of recruiters
Strong proficiency with recruiting systems and platforms and how best to achieve full optimization and adoption
Experience developing systems and processes to support smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
Ability to understand and use data to make strategic recommendations
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to identify scalable solutions and set objectives
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.
