As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will support project/product management deliverables which adapt to New Glenn’s (NG’s) Strategy. This individual contributor will utilize data driven analysis, industry knowledge, effective leadership communication, and stakeholder coordination to enable realization of enterprise goals.
This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.

Partner with Systems Architecture team to develop the long-term New Glenn Roadmap
Partner with procurement and operations to identify vertical integration opportunities and develop make/buy/acquire trades, including M&A assessments
Manage a cross-functional effort to reduce recurring product and operational cost/mass supporting the New Glenn program.
Close coordination with integrated product team leaders to identify technical capabilities needed to satisfy current and future launch contracts and allocation of R&D budgets
Close coordination with Sales and Advanced Development Programs teams to assess mission unique customer requirements
Support evaluation of potential new business by analyzing market strategies, requirements, programmatic impacts, and financials
Utilize program strategy tools and revenue generation modeling to enable project execution of subsequent action plans to shape the NG program
Product Lifecycle background to support systems integration and technical projects
Minimum of 8-10 years professional relevant working experience in the Launch Industry
Consulting background (McKinsey, AT Kerney, Bain & Co, etc)
Minimum of 5 years professional relevant working experience in Private Equity, M&A, Vertical Integration, Business Planning, and Strategic Roadmap Development
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
High emotional intelligence, driven, tempered, and results-focused leadership
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
