The Human Resources Generalist administers human resources policies and procedures, conducts new employee orientations, coaches, counsels and guides managers, and facilitates exit interviews. This role collects and analyzes HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc. to determine improvements and report to management. This role also processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
Job Functions
3 years of relevant experience. Certification preferred.
