Position Summary:
The Bimbo Bakeries USA DSDE Sustainability & Insights (DS&I) Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to innovate and identify continuous improvement opportunities and plans to engage sales leaders.This position will be responsible for transforming and sustaining the DSDE Playbooks and will see the DSDE Playbooks from ideation to execution. This role will also be responsible for developing strategic and digital content cross functionally. This position will be tasked with going to the work, analyzing and implementing best practices, and providing a world-class coaching environment. The role will involve significant communication with all levels of leadership and sales operations to ensure seamless execution of DSDE Playbooks.

Education and Work History:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Change Management. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
* 5-7 years of experience in navigating change management and agile methodologies
* Computer skills and proficiency, specifically Microsoft suite are required, as well as proficiency with data analysis and dashboarding tools as well as training material creation such as video capture.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate and work with managers at all levels both local and remote.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can interact at all levels of the organization
* 40% travel required
