At BH Management Services, we are committed to creating value. We acquire, improve and manage apartment communities, and our success in this endeavor is evidenced by our growth from a start-up firm in 1993 to one of the largest multi-family management companies in the nation. BH understands that great customer service is what keeps residents satisfied, and that great service comes from engaged, happy and well-trained team members.
In 2018 and 2017, BH was ranked as one of FORTUNE magazine and Great Place to Work’s “Best Workplaces for Women.” BH was also ranked in 2018 and 2020 as one of the “Best Workplaces for Millennials.” In addition, in 2019, BH was named to the 100 “Best Workplaces for Diversity.” We continue to recognize that we are only as strong as each individual employee, and we value our employees by providing a strong benefit package:
Who We Are
The Marketing Team at BH is passionate about reimagining marketing in the multifamily industry. We are a welcoming band of go-getters who think big, sweat the details, and we take our work (but never ourselves) too seriously. We set our sights high, own our mistakes, and turn lemons into lemonade. We are incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and are always ready to tackle what’s next. Come join us!
Role Overview
As the Marketing Project Manager you’ll have a big mission – to prepare plans, manage projects, and track initiatives to completion; nurturing deliverables and keeping all stakeholders informed along the way, for all of our most important department initiatives. You’re a collaborative partner and organized thinker who can shepherd initiatives both large and small across the finish line. You have empathy for both your colleagues and customers in a way that helps you quickly identify and remove process bottlenecks, driving adding efficiency for our team. Your superpowers are documentation, organization, communication, persuasion, and meeting deadlines! You’ll have an incredibly strong support system to lean on, reporting to the Director of Property Marketing and working side-by-side with your peers in Corporate Marketing.
A seasoned Marketing Professional or even just a quick-study on Marketing disciplines and best practices, your primary area of expertise will be recognizing process gaps, with intra and cross-departmental hand-offs, and surfacing opportunities for how to improve tools, automate processes, and nail budgets. Organizing complex deliverables is your forte. You’re a whiz at estimating timelines and resource needs, even when it requires detailed planning between multiple teams. You understand the value in getting buy-in – building trust, creating clarity, and encouraging accountability – and you can rally the troops to deliver an incredible product every time. Reliability is your middle name!
