BEGiN Looking for Associate Manager of Affiliate Marketing at New York, NY Full Time

The BEGiN family of brands (HOMER, codeSpark, Little Passports, and Kid Pass) has a new opportunity for an Associate Manager of Affiliate Marketing to join our growing team! This role will report to our New York office in a hybrid capacity or can be remote based in select US locations* (see below).

Reporting to our Senior Affiliate Manager, the Associate Manager of Affiliate Marketing will be helping to manage the affiliate programs for each of our BEGiN brands. This person will be responsible for managing partner relationships, working with our agency partner to recruit and activate additional partners.

You will:

• Publisher Development and Recruitment Execution:
• Work closely with our recruitment agency team to identify opportunities for recruitment.
• Continuously monitor the affiliate marketplace for new opportunities to send IO’s and communications to potential new partners.
• Work to activate and optimize new affiliate relationships, including holding calls with the publisher to educate them about each of our BEGiN brands, answering questions about how the affiliate program works, and cultivating the relationship through the Activation and Optimization stages.
• Handle strategic recruitment opportunities like a business development manager.
• Affiliate Communication, Support, and Outreach Execution: Respond to affiliate inquiries and troubleshoot issues. Develop and nurtures excellent relationships with affiliate partners.
• Program Operations & Maintenance:
• Draft and send affiliate communications and newsletters.
• When available, upload new creative and manage existing banners, emails, text link ads, videos, and other creative assets to ensure they are always up-to-date.
• Upload and manage coupon codes both in the network and on our partner’s websites to ensure only approved codes are in-market and all unapproved codes are removed within a timely manner.
• Process new affiliate applications daily and ensure each partner is tagged appropriately.
• Create and effectively manage new and existing partner IO’s within the network(s).
• Process reversals and pending action inquiries on a monthly basis.
• Monitor each program for fraudulent activity, including trademark bidding, and take appropriate action within a timely manner.
• Reporting and Analysis: Update performance reports daily and report trends to internal stakeholders weekly and monthly. Use data to identify trends, analyze campaigns/placements, and provide insights and recommendations to reach or exceed goals. Put together projections for new partner opportunities to support recommendations to stakeholders backed by clear KPIs.
• Strategy Execution: Work with the Sr. Affiliate Manager to develop strategies and tactical plans for each BEGiN brand’s affiliate program and execute across all deliverables to achieve and exceed each brand’s goals. Identify inefficiencies and potential solutions to optimize processes and performance. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity by attending virtual and in-person conferences and by regularly pitching new and innovative publisher or campaign ideas.

Must Haves:

• 2-5 years of affiliate/partner marketing experience (in-house, agency, or network) required.
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, etc.) required.
• Ability to travel about to 2-4x per year.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML, a plus.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
