IT Administrator-remote

Job Responsibilities

Communications:

• Collaborate with team members to develop internal and external communications.
• Send all IT related announcements including maintenance information, outages, process changes, etc.
• Work with Corporate Communications on press releases for major releases on customer facing applications.
• Consult with Corporate Communications on internal/external communications issues.
• Edit and format documentation as needed.

Document Management and Due Diligence

• Maintain and publish documents and data on ITs Departmental Intranet page.
• Create and update SOPs for project management processes and application instructions.
• Update It Book of Knowledge (maintain links and conduct annual review).
• Update the ITLT Due Diligence Documents and share with the legal team
• Create monthly IT KPI reports

ISMS 3rd Party Supplier Audits:

• Work with the ISMS team to organize the distribution of policies with suppliers.
• Maintain the ISMS Supplier Roster to ensure up-to-date Vendor contact information.
• Work with the IT Paralegal and the BDP Legal team to keep up-to-date contracts readily available for all 3rd Party Suppliers.
• Create, distribute, and manage Third-Party Vendor contacts and questionnaires.
• Communicate with vendors when needed to ensure correct exchange of information.

Service Desk:

• Route tickets to appropriate parties during the ticket approval process
• Push approved tickets from Service Desk into ClarityPPM.
