BASIC FUNCTION
The Sr. Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the Human Resources (HR) department to focus on big-picture issues critical to the future direction of the organization, as well as deliver excellence for daily issues associated with running the enterprise. Responsible for compliance of all HR-related programs, policies and processes. The HR team has 7 reports, both direct and contract, and will evolve with continued efficiencies. Baystar currently has around 215 employees with 15% growth targeted by year end to be fully staffed.
