Core Responsibilities:
- Initial sampling of injection molds
- Process identification, optimization and troubleshooting of molds
- Processing of material tests
- Documentation based on QM documents
- Process engineering consulting both internally and externally
- Validation and sampling of molds in the presence of the customer
- Commissioning of the tool at the customer, worldwide
- Service calls to support the customer, worldwide
