Ayres is seeking to fill a key position in our growing Bridge Inspection team. To date, we have inspected more than 18,000 bridges and have performed more than 3,000 underwater inspections nationwide and there is much more to accomplish. We are looking to strengthen our team with the right individual to reside in the Western U.S. and support our plan to expand our Bridge Inspection practice.
While this posting is listed for our Fort Collins, Colorado office location – we have flexibility for remote work with the expectation that the individual can adequately fulfill the needs of the role in the Western U.S.

Assessing what bridges need repairing, and when, is an essential component to keeping the traveling public safe – and that s where the rewarding part of the work comes in. Where will I travel to?
Where the work is, which is mostly throughout the western US, and a few other states. We sometimes mobilize for up to two weeks at a time. Your travel expenses are covered, and you can expect about 65% of your time to be spent in the field, with the remaining 35% in the office.

Our good-faith compensation approach is fair and equitable, and takes into consideration only permissible factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, training, skills, and experience, and geographic location where the work is performed. A salary range for this posting is $90,000-$120,000. The foregoing salary range represents what the company believes, in good-faith, it will pay for the posted opportunity. The individual selected for this role will be evaluated with the compensation factors in mind and placed appropriately.
