Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years automotive service writing experience to apply.

Have strong phone skills and be teachable

Positive attitude and have strong customer service skills

Desire to fulfill customers needs

Be able to direct technicians in a positive productive way

Oversee quality control, work assignment and production

Follow up previous sales to assure customer satisfaction and relate additional customer needs

RO Writer experience a plus but not required

Pay is by gross sales and percentage of gross profit
