Business Analyst – Compliance
* 8 + years of Insurance experience preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
* Insurance policy and claims system experienced.
* Experience on US Insurance Compliance like- ISO, Regulatory, Statutory Reporting etc.
* Overall experience as a BA in handling client requirements and the good analytical Skills.
* Good knowledge on SQL database to analyse policy and claims data.
* Hands on experience in Data migration and product implementation.
* Good experience on Microsoft excel to handle the data.
* Identify and analyse data discrepancies and data quality issues.
* Ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or requirements.
* Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
* Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills.
