Atlantic Health System looking for Patient Experience Liaison at Summit, NJ Full Time

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Patient Experience Liaison at Overlook Medical Center for the Greeters/Screeners Department. Required hours vary: Primarily weekends with other shifts during the week, as coverage is needed.

Essential Functions

• This position requires being available for assignments at satellite facilities of the medical center including the Union campus, Clark location, and the main hospital campus in Summit.
• Ask COVID screening questions to people entering Overlook’s facilities. Ensure temperature is within normal limits. Ensure masking and hand hygiene policies are upheld.
• Assist with the greeting of patients and visitors as they enter the Medical Center.
• Direct patients/visitors to destination.
• Lookup patient locations for visitors.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Experience and interest in health-care field is preferred.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent required.

Relevant Experience:

• 1-3 years in Customer Service strongly preferred.
