Summary:
ATI Forged Products is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager for our Irvine, CA location. As a successful Human Resources Manager, you will manage employee relations, programs, policies, and procedures in support of ATI’s Forged Product business, goals, and objectives. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a business partner and provide functional guidance and project support to the forging and machining operations in Irvine.
Essential Functions:
* The pay scale for this position currently is $100,000 to $$130,000 per year.
* Provides leadership for all employee relations to assess, investigate, mediate, develop and implement procedures.
* Consults and mentors managers on employee relations and performance issues. Assures that appropriate corrective actions are consistently administered, including consolation of employees, when necessary.
* Evaluates Human Resources policies and procedures. Revises and develops new policies and procedures, as needed. Assures consistent application and adherence to standards of conduct and performance.
* Partners with HR functional experts to ensure that relevant HR programs support the needs of the business.
* Assists in the creation, development and implementation of Human Resource programs and supporting systems to insure an integrated approach to all Human Resource systems, practices, policies, and procedures.
* Provides for the development and implementation of employee communications.
Basic Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
* 10+ years of Human Resources experience.

* Extensive understanding of all facets of human resources and labor relations management including labor negotiations, labor laws and employee relations.
* Ability to conceptualize and implement Human Resources strategy and tactics.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and influential leadership skills.
* Proven consulting and problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Ability to identify complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
* Demonstrates a strong knowledge of organizational change and culture transformation process.
* Ability to conceptualize, plan, organize, and prioritize projects and achieve results.
* Strong and confident self-starter.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.
