Position Summary: As a Marketing Business Partner, this position supports in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, messaging and activation throughout the organization for respective territories. This role works to support specific geographies by deploying strategic marketing initiatives targeting key consumer and referral segments to improve brand awareness, increase patient volume and drive revenue at the hyperlocal level.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all marketing elements for new clinic openings as well as relocations and consolidations, while leveraging internal marketing resources within assigned territories
Collaborate with Clinical Operations as their marketing business partner to identify and implement new and existing regional marketing initiatives to increase patient volume in clinics
Manage community outreach efforts for clinical level support
Partner with internal marketing resources in Advertising, Sponsorships, Branding, Digital, CRM and Creative Services to meet the needs of Clinical Operations and the organization
Present at monthly meetings with internal business units or Clinical Operations; presenting on marketing initiatives and key performance indicators
Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Market Development Managers to define B2B and B2C local marketing opportunities
Support in sharing already generated materials and resources for Clinical Operations and internal teams, including training presentations for respective initiatives
Understand and apply industry and competitor knowledge to enhance Athletico’s growth and strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain internal and external relationships that benefit the organization

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or business-related field; or equivalent work experience
Work Experience:
At least 2 years of marketing/communications/advertising or business experience with demonstrated success, preferably in healthcare-related field
Comfortablily in presenting and communicating with various levels of the organization
Standard knowledge of all Microsoft applications, including database applications.
Ability to consistently communicate a clear understanding of patients/clients expectations and adapt as appropriate to exceed their needs
Ability to focus attention on developing strategies that drive revenue
Proven oral and written communication skills, organizational, and presentation skills to interact effectively with internal and external business partners
Ability to track, measure, and monitor marketing expenditures
Ability to analyze and evaluate primary and secondary market research insights
Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships
Ability to monitor cutting-edge advertising, digital, business to business and traditional marketing tactics
Demonstrated skill to exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action
Language Skills:
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
