Aston Carter is partnering with a Healthcare Provider to hire for this Direct Placement Opportunity. This position is completely remote but candidates must sit in Illinois or Wisconsin.
Hybrid role, duties are split 50/50 between fixed asset accounting and lease accounting
Utilize Workday software system for capitalization, maintenance, disposal, and depreciation of fixed assets
Coordinate with real estate team to verify that operating leases are updated and accurate
Perform reconciliations for company properties, CAM reconciliations
Request funding and verify cash in/out to real estate is accurate
Perform research to ensure leases are in compliance with GAAP regulation
3-5 years of relevant Accounting experience
Prior Experience accounting for Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting experience is a PLUS
Prior experience utilizing ERP system and Microsoft Excel for Accounting
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
