Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts and follow safety procedures
• Load and unload trucks
• Maintain shipping and receiving records
• Verify correct products are shipped out
• Responsible for monthly inventory check
• Maintain communication with office employees and truckers
• Assist on the cheese packaging floor as required
• Document and communicate deficiencies to leads and management
• Report and communicate critical information during shift changeovers
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanup of equipment and supplies

Requirements
• High school education preferred
• Ability to perform essential duties listed
• Compliance with Quality, Food Safety, and Safety policies and procedures
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to train new employees
