Execute weld line production by driving equipment efficiency and leading personnel productivity.

Responsibilities
• Maintain the quality of equipment by communicating with maintenance about any anomaly or mechanical deterioration.
• Maintain clean, safe, well-organized machine & work areas.
• Produce product of exceptional quality by ensuring ovens are performing to standard and conducting quality checks at prescribed intervals.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity policies and procedures.
• Complete all rework during the shift it was produced and work to eliminate contributing factors affecting First Pass Yield.
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1 to 2 years working in a production environment
• Computer Skills are strongly preferred
