Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Overall responsible for preparing financial reports, account analysis, performs account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with audit preparations, month-end close and other accounting duties as assigned.

• Prepare GL account analysis including comparisons to Prior Year and Plan.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts daily.
• Create and customize reports in NetSuite.
• Assist with the budget preparation process.
• Download corporate credit card activity from bank weekly and at month-end including classifying expenses to correct accounts/department code and preparation of journal entry import file for upload to NetSuite.
• Run daily sales activity and update the Regional Dashboard Report weekly and for month-end close.
• Preparations of sales tax returns.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts including prepaids,accruals & deferred revenues.
• Assist with month-end closing duties
• Other ad hoc reporting as assigned

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 4-5 years work experience.

Language Skills

• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical accounting guidance, specifications, international technical standards, etc.

Computer Skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
• NetSuite experience required
• HFM experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
