Allegiant Stadium, located in Las Vegas, NV, is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League and the UNLV Rebels of the NCAA Division 1 Football Bowl Subdivision. The 65,000 seat, 1.75 million square foot, state of the art domed stadium will also host many world-class sporting and entertainment events, including the Pac-12 Football Championship, and will serve as the annual site of the Las Vegas Bowl. The stadium will also host large trade and corporate shows, public gatherings, private events, and a robust tour program.
The Senior Human Resources Manager will support the efficiency of the HR department by managing day-to-day activities and transactions which include but not limited to: supporting managers with employee relation matters, processing new hire and off-boarding paperwork, benefit enrollments, and handling confidential employee data in applicable HRIS and ATS systems. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also facilitate new hire orientations, prepare employee communication memos, coordinate and plan employee events/meetings, assist with the administration of employee leaves and 401(k) programs, track employee trainings, manage full-cycle recruiting, and participate in recruitment events.
