ASM Global Looking for Dishwasher at Omaha, NE Full Time

Summary: SAVOR… Omaha at Baxter Arena has an excellent and immediate opening for a Dishwasher. This position is responsible for the cleanliness of small wares, utensils, all kitchen equipment, all flatware and glassware used by Food and Beverage Department. In addition, floor cleanliness, trash removal and compost removal are a part of this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The washing and sanitizing of all flatware and glassware The washing and sanitizing of all kitchen utensils, supplies and equipment Maintains safety, sanitation and health code standards Organize and re-stock all china, small wares, utensils, kitchen supplies and equipment Maintains direct communication with kitchen staff, advising of inventory levels, breakage and proper operation of equipment The washing, sanitizing and proper storage of all carts, racks, hot boxes and Queen Mary’s Properly disposes of trash/composting and recyclables in assigned places Keep work area free of spills and food debris on floor Follow proper guidelines for the safe and sanitary operation of the dish machine Must have a basic understanding of food handling and preparation Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to take direction and effectively perform the required work Must have a pleasant personality and neat clean appearance Must be able to work standing for the duration of the shift Must be able to lift and carry according to industry standards Must be able to withstand loud noise in the environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
