Cloud Accountant

We are a forward thinking, tech-savvy, small business advisory firm seeking new team members. We are looking for an accounting professional who also embraces cloud tech and wants to work with small businesses. Great client service skills are required, as we care greatly for our clients and interact with them often. Financial reporting, tech stack integration, basic bookkeeping, and advisory are all part of our every day.

Tech skills required: generally tech savvy; willingness to try new things; QuickBooks Online; managing client software stack; reporting tools; Google and Microsoft tools.

Accounting knowledge: accrual accounting, basic payroll, sales tax knowledge, balance sheet reconciliations, financial adjustments, ensuring financial quality

This is a remote position, so self-starters who are organized and communicate well are needed. If your current boss is still reminding you to get your work done this is not the position for you. Work instruction and checklists are provided, but independence is required to do this work.

We are willing to consider part-time employees as long as you are able to exceed 32 hours per week. Salary and benefits will be adjusted accordingly.

• Client Accounting Services experience preferred but not required

• Experience/Education – Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting and 1+ year of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
