Established standards and templates for proposal art consistent with corporate branding.
• Reviews and interprets RFP requirements related to graphics and generates proposal-specific templates to enable compliance with RFP requirements.
• Collaborates with proposal team to plan, analyze, create, and revise original proposal graphic content that communicates solution discriminators and win themes.
• Identifies the most effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques.
• Builds and maintains graphics repositories of templates, exemplars, previous proposal content, and modifies previous content to meet proposal-specific needs.
• Uses full range of graphics techniques to enable effective proposal orals slide presentation content (when required).
• Supports marketing communication in developing promotional displays, marketing brochures, web pages, interactive media, and multimedia projects.

Required

• Expertise with graphics packages (Adobe Creative Suite) and integration of graphics into proposal documents
• Recent proposal experience with Shipley-based new business processes
• Ability to rapidly obtain TS/SCI access

Desired

• Bachelor’s (or equivalent experience) plus 5 – 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s and 3 to 5 years of experience.
