Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, Top-of-Funnel, the Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for the overall campaign and program creation and execution in our marketing automation platform (Marketo).
The Marketing Operations Specialist will partner with our marketing teams to drive efficient and effective campaign execution, incorporate digital marketing and automation best practices, devise A/B testing strategies and optimizations, and enable teams with adoption and self-service processes within our tools.
You will learn and work with the Marketing Operations team to help create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead acquisition, lead routing, funnel management, and revenue attribution. This will also include opportunities to support our current marketing technology infrastructure, as well as planning and implementing new marketing technology to help grow the business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email, webinar, nurture, content, and event program production and execution, including list segmentation, list uploads setup, testing, QA, reporting, and optimization in Marketo
- Work within a project management tool to support end-to-end marketing intake process
- Devise new strategies to improve program performance, including creative optimization and A/B testing
- Troubleshoot campaigns, email deliverability, lead flow and lead processing
- Assist with database cleansing, enrichment, and acquisition initiatives to maintain data quality
- Support and enable teams to leverage marketing tools such as Drift Chat, Vidyard, Uberflip
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years Marketo experience and advanced proficiency required (certification strongly preferred)
- Experience and understanding of marketing automation best practices, including database management, lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead handoff, and lead nurture concepts
- Excellent problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong project management, organization, communication, and analytical skills
- Proactive, self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with the following tools preferred: Salesforce, Triblio, Drift, Vidyard, Sendoso, Zoominfo, and Google Analytics
