Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and managing our international global SEO and paid search strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business’ growth and success.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications & Public Relations, the ideal candidate will be someone who loves operating in a space where data analytics and creative strategy collide. You should have a passion for the digital world, a propensity to problem-solve, phenomenal attention to detail, and a boundless desire to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Develop SEO tactics to drive domestic & international website conversion growth
- Research and implement content recommendations for organic and paid SEO success
- Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Manage content localization efforts to optimize conversion and traffic
- Identify, develop, and prioritize strategies to effectively “move the needle” in achieving KPI goals
- Monitor and analyze site performance using a range of SEO and site analytics tools, including SEMRush
- Interpret and explain data discoveries as they relate to organic search, specific SEO initiatives and KPIs
- Manage Google Ads, Analytics, & Tag Manager
- Set up conversion tracking from implementation to ongoing maintenance and reporting
- Create recommendations for optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform routine site audits to identify technical SEO fixes and work with aPriori’s WordPress developers to ensure that website is performing to the highest standards
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics to build and grow organic SEO and paid initiatives
- Implement, build, and manage a Google Ads account
Education and Experience:
- 5-7 years managing a successful global SEO program
- Demonstrated portfolio of experience leading SEO project from beginning to end
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Administration; Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics)
- Google Analytics Certifications: Advanced Google Analytics, Google Search Analytics, Google Display Analytics, Google Video Analytics
- Deep experience using SEMRush; experience with other tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, Answer the Public, etc. are a plus
- Experience with WordPress and WP Plug-in Yoast is a plus
- Highly self-motivated; someone who takes ownership
- Desire to remain up-to-date on trends in the SEO industry, including Google algorithm updates
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to identify patterns and trends within large datasets to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to establish clear KPIs and delivery of Executive Leadership updates
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
