Location: Remote with regular travel to NH lodges (Pinkham Notch and Highland Center)

The AMC promotes the protection, enjoyment, and wise use of the mountains, rivers and trails of the Appalachian region. The AMC encourages the involvement of all people in its mission and activities, through its membership, programs, policies, and procedures.
The Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) seeks an IT Support Specialist to join the technology team and contribute to helping build out an AMC IT knowledge base to support users both on site and remote.
The IT Support Specialist role assists the technology team to ensure that the AMC’s central computer systems and the desktop computer systems run reliably and efficiently. This includes diagnosing and repairing hardware and software problems on Windows and Mac devices, Windows servers, and Network issues. User technical support and desktop systems are this role’s primary responsibility. Assisting in the development and implementation an IT knowledge base, SharePoint, management of central systems are additional responsibilities. Candidate must be self-motivated, efficient and hard working with a positive attitude.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000/Year
