*How does a CNA make a difference at American Senior Communities?*
* Spending time with residents to ensure wellness and high quality of life daily.
* Recording resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.
* Assisting in mobility and transfer of residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
* Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees, helping peers with daily tasks and spreading positivity throughout the community.
*CNA Requirements:*
* Successful completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program, or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the state.
