What You Will Do:
The Talent Attraction Manager creates talent acquisition strategy focused on automated sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, employer branding, ATS/CRM functionality, integration, and reporting to drive increased employer visibility and talent attraction aligned with Amedisys culture. This position will lead, develop, and build out best-in-class talent acquisition marketing, technology, reporting, and optimization strategies.

What You Will Do:
The Talent Attraction Manager creates talent acquisition strategy focused on automated sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, employer branding, ATS/CRM functionality, integration, and reporting to drive increased employer visibility and talent attraction aligned with Amedisys culture. This position will lead, develop, and build out best-in-class talent acquisition marketing, technology, reporting, and optimization strategies.
Essential functions:
- Develops and manages automated sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, employer branding, ATS/CRM functionality, integration, and reporting to drive hiring of exceptional, diverse talent across the organization at all levels
- Leads and supports the development of geographic, regional recruitment marketing strategies, and talent pools to support Amedisys growth (i.e., local community, college/early career, military, and transferable/adjacent industries).
- Serves as partner to our vendors to manage relationships and drive integrations, utilization, and adoption of paid media and recruitment technology services.
- Partners with marketing, HR, and TA Operations on digital and social media strategy to highlight Amedisys culture and work environment to attract prospective candidates.
- Develops strategic initiatives to deliver a best-in-class experience in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring optimization.
- Manages execution on talent attraction strategies by tactical team, driving performance and aligning and balancing workload to ensure the team adds value to the business.
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the Amedisys Compliance Program.
- Monitors and evaluates employee performance. Holds employees accountable for the attainment of defined goals and objectives. Executes effective performance redirection when needed. Develops employees through coaching, mentoring, and formal/on the job training and development opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, processes, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ongoing deliverables from multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust, model desired actions, inspire others, and influence stakeholders as an authentic, transformational servant leader.
- Ability to think strategically, focusing on tactical and operational issues, with an innovative and forward-thinking talent philosophy.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
- Five (5+) years of progressive experience in Marketing, Talent Acquisition, or related field.
Preferred:
- One (1+) year of leadership experience.
- Experience in recruitment marketing, digital and social advertisement content creation, and/or recruitment ad agency experience.
- Healthcare industry experience
