The Senior Program Manager for Inclusive Recruiting will work to ensure that our recruiting systems are designed with inclusion at the forefront. You’ll partner with research teams and use data to understand candidate experience end-to-end and identify opportunities to optimize our processes. You will propose and execute projects to increase the diversity of our recruiting funnel, deliver top notch candidate experience, and track progress to ensure the most impactful and inclusive results. Then, you’ll work to identify new solutions and deploy them with recruiting and business leaders, generating buy-in, creating deployment plans and leading change management efforts to drive best-in-class inclusive hiring practices.
In this role you’ll represent the organization in diversity recruiting strategy efforts, building awareness and competency, energy and involvement across multiple stakeholder groups. You’ll take a consultative and systemic approach to enable the organization to accelerate our inclusive hiring journey. Successful candidates will be data-savvy, bring a global mindset to the work, and have the ability to translate best practices and research into action at scale.
