The Care Team is a dedicated group of licensed doctors, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses chosen to help our patients meet their health goals, through a convenient mobile app, offering patients virtual care seven days a week, 365 days a year.
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will lead a recruiting team responsible for clinical hiring. As a leader, you will be at the forefront of attracting, engaging and retaining talent for Amazon Care and Care Medical.
Key job responsibilities
This Recruiting Manager (RM) will manage a clinical recruiting team (~8-10 direct reports). A successful RM candidate will effectively provide coaching to direct reports, contribute thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize to reach accelerated demand and incremental demand.
A day in the life
Drive sourcing capability and delivery across a geographically dispersed team within North America to proactively build clinical candidate pools, leveraging all available talent channels.
Partner with key business leaders, HR and TA stakeholders to determine future talent needs, set and drive enabling sourcing strategies. This requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels in the healthcare space. Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement. Lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress. Develop and execute to plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to deliver to hiring goals.
This role can be based in any USA corporate office location, preferably in Seattle, Portland, SF/Bay Area, Los Angeles, Irvine, or San Diego. Remote in the USA will also be considered.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $112,300 – 160,000 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
