The Prime Video and Studios HR team is seeking an HR Manager to build and lead our HR Partner team. At Amazon, HR Partners (HRPs) are expert consultants to frontline people managers and employees. They have strong knowledge knowledge of HR programs, processes and policies. They also collaborate closely with HR business partners (HRBPs) across several lines of business, and liaise with central HR teams such as Compensation, Employee Relations, and Immigration.

The leader of this team must be able to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent. The ideal leader will build a fun, engaging culture and meaningful career pathing for HRPs, making the Prime Video and Studios HRP team an ideal launching point to grow an HR career at Amazon. They must also excel at building relationships with HR stakeholders and business leaders. Finally, they must have experience driving continuous improvement to service quality and efficiency, as well as measuring and reporting out on these improvements.

• Experience attracting and developing high-performing HR teams, including improving service delivery and building an engaging team culture
