Position Requirements

• Turning, repositioning and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed

• Medication reminders
• Monitor client’s conditions and providing updates to healthcare team
• Assist with supervision and maintaining client safety
• Incontinence care
• Toileting assistance
• Ambulation assistance
• Assist with Dressing
• Possess the physical abilities, including lifting, to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions
