Location: Office Based in New York City with weekly site visits to projects in Brooklyn, Northern New Jersey and possibly Connecticut
Reports to: Project Superintendents, Estimators, Project Managers and Director of Construction
Position Overview
We are looking for an entry level individual who is interested in pursuing a career in the Construction Industry; person will be responsible assisting onsite and office staff with a variety of tasks to help support ongoing Construction projects and perspective new projects. You will work for with clients like NBC Universal, Disney, NBC Sports, and A+E Networks. The role requires travel to jobsites throughout New York City, Northern New Jersey and Connecticut but the majority of the time will be spent in the New York City office.

Role Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for assisting Superintendents, Project Managers and Estimators with their daily tasks as well as being allocated tasks of your own that require daily attention and follow up across multiple projects. safety practices. Your responsibilities include assisting the aforementioned team members with the following tasks:
i. Create project directory
ii. Submit Request for Information (RFI’s)
iii. Process Submittal and Shop Drawings inclusive of creating workflows
iv. Create daily job site reports
v. Create change events to track changes in the project scope
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
