Looking for “Customer Service/Tech Support”. This is a Student Technical Support role. Candidates needs to comfortable to work on EST time zone.
Onboarding start date: July 5th. Training sessions for onboarding HC in STS will run from 9 am – 6 pm EST.
We are open Mon – Fri: 8 am – 9 pm EST
Current Shifts:
8am – 5pm | 9am – 6pm | 10am – 7pm | 11am – 8 pm | Noon – 9 pm
Job Details & Qualification:
1. Previous call center experience in a tech environment.
2. Background in customer support (inbound call handling and ticket creation)
3. Ability/Availability to work various shifts and switch shifts as operational demand requires.
4. Strong knowledge/experience with Hardware troubleshooting (our customers primarily use HP laptops)
6. Strong knowledge/experience with Active Director: Password Reset
7. Strong knowledge/experience of ‘Home’ network troubleshooting
8. Strong knowledge/experience of ‘Domain Environment’ network troubleshooting
9. Strong knowledge/experience with ‘Internet/Browser” troubleshooting
10. Basic knowledge/experience with reimaging computers (pc)
11. Any knowledge/experience with Apple computers is welcomed
12. Experience with Remote Troubleshooting tools: GoTo Assist, Bomgar
13. Strong knowledge/experience of Google Apps: Drive, Voice, Hangouts/Meet
14. Knowledge of Zoom: Experience with troubleshooting preferred
15. Experience with working remotely (work from home)
