EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Four-year degree in Marketing or related field
• A minimum two years of marketing automation experience
• Ability to execute precisely to brand and style guidelines
• Ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium
• Travel is required and could go up to 15%

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements
• Interfacing with sales to ensure leads are tracked, routed correctly, and attributed to the correct campaigns
• Maintaining Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assisting with the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
• Understanding and evaluating campaign metrics and reporting campaign performance to the marketing team
• Working with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously
• Managing marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

Responsibilities may also include some or all of the following:

• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of Altec products and services
• Understand and communicate the competitive landscape and how it applies to subsidiaries
• Develop email templates and landing page templates in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Create content for email marketing
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, email opt-outs and other aspects of email execution.
• Manage process to obtain and track activity and outcomes of campaigns to measure ROI
• Provide feedback to the team to identify and correct areas that need improvement
• All other duties as assigned
