This is the way solving problems should be. The Senior Account Manager will assume a leadership role over select client relationships providing hands on project management for complex assignments. This position will collaborate and lead daily oversight of various sized employee benefit accounts, working with the Principal and client service team to oversee the benefits consulting needs of our customers. The role will involve direct daily client interaction, frequently at the HR leadership levels, to assist clients in designing and defining their benefit program needs. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills and financial acumen, and demonstrate an understanding of underwriting concepts. The individual will have demonstrated project management skills and the ability to participate in business development activities. Also required are effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse audience of clients and colleagues.
