We are currently hiring a Global HR Compliance Manager in Fort Worth, Texas, who will lead the Global Employee Relations team efforts to deliver professional products and outcomes that focus on employee relations program excellence, data integrity, policy and process improvement, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Under the direction of the Sr. Director, Global Employee Relations, the Global HR Compliance Manager will serve as a key member aiding programmatic management of HR compliance efforts in line with client and regulatory requirements. The Global HR Compliance Manager will develop and foster productive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the enterprise and will act as an advisor and trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the enterprise HR Policy Management Program.
Develop effective and efficient policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
Develop and implement process for ongoing audit and update of HR policies. Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement an enterprise strategy and approach to align Global HR Compliance requirements with employment practices and business objectives.
Stay abreast of global employee-related legislative and regulatory developments and ensure changes to rules and regulations are restructured with HR systems, policies, articles, and practices in partnership with Enterprise Centers of Excellence.
Lead evaluation and implementation of standards needed to comply with regulatory requirements.
Establish ongoing Global HR Compliance reporting requirements identifying input and output metrics, cause and effect, and correlative attributes; analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes that inform program design. Manage the HR compliance monitoring and testing program in accordance with Internal Audit.
Identify growth opportunities within the HR compliance program and provide practical and thoughtful guidance with respect to the development and implementation of recommended improvements.
Manage filings, regulatory inquiries, examinations, audits, and investigations as needed.
Provide guidance on interpretation and application of existing and new regulatory requirements.
Ensure ongoing education and training of internal business partners on risk and compliance related topics in response to ongoing or new legal and compliance requirements and in remediation of compliance issues.
Collaborate with Enterprise Centers of Excellence to roll out enterprise HR Compliance and Policy programs.
Manage audit, performance metrics, and reporting processes including coordination between functions and groups internally and externally.
Oversee follow up and remediation on findings/recommendations from audits.
Drives Global adoption of HR Control initiatives through partnership with Local HR Leadership and review of global HR Control self-assessment results.
Lead complex global project execution, involving multiple simultaneous work streams, with accountability for delivering project success through adherence to best practice project methodologies from defining scope through change management and sustainment.

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs;
Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
