Alan Webb Auto Group is an independent, locally-owned, automotive dealership group based in Vancouver, WA.

Alan Webb Nissan has an opening for a full time Automotive Service Advisor. We are seeking a friendly, motivated, goal seeker to add to our team. We have more volume than we can currently handle.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when they arrive and escort them when they leave
• Generate estimates for repair cost and time
• Provide customers with necessary problem/solution information
• Coordinate with technicians & parts advisors regarding necessary repairs
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Explain all work completed to customers
• Answer questions about performed and upcoming services
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relationships
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and community relations
• Answer service department phone calls and schedule service appointments
• Be a brand and dealer advocate
• Maintain positive csi/kpi and follow up with customers regarding surveys
• Meet minimum performance standards
• Attend regular service department meetings

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years service advisor experience
• Basic automotive knowledge
• A charismatic and relatable personality
• A desire and drive to be successful with a positive attitude
• Follow manufacture guidelines for processing warranty repairs
• Ability to communicate suitably through email, phone, and in person
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Good reading and computer skills
• CDK experience is a plus but not a requirement
• Nissan experience is a plus but not a requirement
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a drug test

Pay: $5,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month
