How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Job Description Summary: The FLOXAL Project Manager is responsible for the development and execution of standard onsite nitrogen generating plants for the Airgas Merchant Gases division of Airgas LLC. The FLOXAL Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of several onsite nitrogen generation projects, ranging from 3 – 5 projects at a time. The FLOXAL Project Manager validates project budgets, coordinates design packages with the FLOXAL Project or Design Engineer, submits bid packages to vendors, completes procurement and manages the project through the construction and commissioning phase of standard onsite installations.
Additionally, the FLOXAL Project Manager provides technical support and consultation to the local plant operations teams with regard to plant equipment maintenance documentation, as well as sourcing of materials and services. The FLOXAL Project Manager will be an experienced professional, broadly versed in all areas of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) methods associated with the industrial gas projects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
3-5 Years experience in demonstrated experience with managing industrial projects from cradle to grave, and understanding of the related challenges in the entire project life cycle.
Must have great communication skills and the ability to adjust their communication with different stakeholders
Must be organized and have the ability to manage 3-5 projects at one time.
2 plus years of recent AutoCAD experience
Knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, Site Layout Drawings, Electrical one-line drawings, Plot Plans etc
Preferred Qualifications
5-15 Years experience in demonstrated experience with managing industrial projects from cradle to grave, and understanding of the related challenges in the entire project life cycle.
Industrial Gas experience a plus
Previous contracting experience a a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
