Position Summary:
The Engineering Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Applications Specialist based in the US under the North America Information Management (IM) Engineering organization is responsible for the timely support of end users of IM Services and related applications & tools within the Engineering domains related to CAx, Product Data and Configuration Management and Digital Mockup. The position primarily supports end users in the Airbus Engineering Centers in Mobile, AL and Wichita, KS but may also include end user support for other Airbus sites in North America. Priority will be to perform end user support following a standard operating model and meeting Service Level Agreements for incidents and requests in the ServiceNow system.
