AIR Technology Services is seeking a Client Resource Engineer that thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric team environment. This individual would be a mid-level Windows Server & Network Engineer with “jack-of-all-trades” capacities with 2 to 10+ Years of Experience. This individual should be confident in their abilities as a self-starter to provide technology consulting and support to our small to medium-sized enterprise clients. The candidate is responsible in working within our team to serve our small- and medium-sized business clients primarily with Windows Servers, HyperV or VMWare Virtual Servers in the areas of design, implementation, and support, along with consulting with client owners and employees to develop the business technology that will provide them their business outcomes. This includes but is not limited to: performing system analysis, design or re-engineering, and assisting in developing technical proposals; physically installing, configuring, supporting, and integrating network systems; strong ability to design/implement/support Windows Server and Hyper-V Virtual Servers; ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN and cloud-based networks; need to be able to evaluate and troubleshoot network system performance, capacity, availability, security, interoperability, and manageability; and more!

Provide and suggest to clients timely business-focused technology solutions
Educate clients on best practices and enhanced service offerings
Provide training and technical support for clients’ users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence
Manage client relationships
Foster technical excellence and innovation in all company activities
Regularly meet Key Performance Indicators
Technical Qualifications:
Proficient knowledge in Windows 10/11, Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022 operating systems
Proficient knowledge of Active Directory, IP, DNS and DHCP, HyperV.
Candidate comfortable with various Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Wireless Access Points.
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various network hardware and software applications.
The candidate needs to be comfortable with a variety of the IT industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
Background in installing and configuring Windows systems, service packs, and general PC setup.
Understanding of PC hardware configurations. Adding memory to machines, replacing failed hard drives, and fixing minor printer malfunctions.
