Aerojet Rocketdyne is seeking a Supply Chain Materiel ManagementSpecialist to support financials and analytics organizational component of Transformation and Information Management team from our facility in Canoga Park, CA (Los Angeles area).
The Specialist will be responsible for leading Supply Chain (SCMM) standard work in AR Supplier invoice resolution, reduction of Receipt No Invoice (RNI) Aging and SC Technology Roadmap initiatives. The Specialist will lead the Supply Chain Resolution Team (SCRT) and prepare and distribute invoice issue metrics and analytics. Lead the SCMM quarterly inventory accrual and monthly Progress Based Payments (PBPs) process. This position will be responsible for SCMM Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P) access approval, issue resolution, Oracle training and quarterly reporting of Financial Controls. Support SC Financial Council gap analysis, policies and performance targets. The position will lead development of new techniques, processes and standards. Support corporate initiatives to promote safety, diversity, ethical behavior and continuous improvement.
This position requires understanding of supply chain processes, accounts payable, material requirements planning value chain and invoice resolution theories and concepts.

60% – Support the Financials and Analytics component of Transformation and Information Management. 10% – Be a SCMM ARBOS champion and leader in continuous improvement.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Information Technology and ten (10) years of experience in a directly related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
