We are currently seeking a Senior Talent and Organizational Development Professionalto join our team. This role can be located at any one of our Aerojet Rocketdyne sites or fully remote.
This position will focus on the learning and organizational development strategy for our teams, and offer insight and partnership in achieving talent management goals for Aerojet Rocketdyne (AR) sites and Centers of Excellence.

40% In partnership with HR Business Partners and the broader T&OD team, liaise to develop a strategic Learning and OD plan for each site and Center of Excellence (CoE). Provide needs assessment and analysis to help determine learning solutions based on strategic priorities. Ensure consistency and alignment between enterprise learning content and messaging, and site-based requirements. Act as a resource for site and CoE leaders to leverage enterprise learning content, including playlists, learning resources, handbooks, on-demand and instructor led courses and offerings. Support planning and execution for enhancing new employee orientation and other employee experience initiatives.
20% Support AR’s Inclusion, Diversity & Engagement (ID&E) and Culture initiatives as part of the learning & growth strategy for each site, recommending resources that will make a tangible impact as each site continues to foster AR’s culture initiatives.
15% Facilitate learning events as needed.
15% Partner with the T&OD team to research internal and external content to filter and recommend the best, most relevant options for our employees.
10% Support change management initiatives with creative learning and communication solutions that ‘start with the why’, build clear paths forward, support leadership key messaging and contribute to adaptive results.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and six (6) years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This role will require willingness to travel to AR sites (~10-20%) to build relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate learning events.
