In our Redmond WA facility we fabricate, assembly, and test chemical and electric thrusters, as well as small scale propulsion systems. Our test facility supports vibration and hot fire testing of products for both production and development products for all our products.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the test lab to ensure that business test demands are met while maintaining the facility and supporting career development for test lab employees. The Redmond facility is a like no other rocket test facility in the world and we are looking for a leader who can help us grow consistent with the demands of our customers.
We are seeking an experienced Assembler to perform various assembly duties. This is a day shift position that typically works Monday-Thursday from 5:30am to 4:00pm, but candidates must be willing and available to work other shifts or overtime as needed to meet delivery schedules.

100% – The Assembler performs a wide variety of assigned manufacturing tasks to produce high quality products. Perform diversified, but semi-repetitive operations following standardized methods and procedures under changing conditions. Duties include:
SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS: As requested, coordinate with maintenance, supervisor and/or engineers in the set-up and calibration of equipment. Provide assistance in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process, collect data, or assist in research work. Perform prototype lab scale mixes for new programs/new formulations. Other duties as assigned.
Requires a high school diploma (or equivalence).
