Position Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Washington or Remote

Position Description

Advisicon is looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Advisor to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a digital content expert who is process-driven, passionate about understanding the target audience, and desires to improve the overall digital experience for Advisicon through a thoughtful, consumer-centric digital experience.

The Digital Marketing Advisor is responsible for executing digital advertising, social media, marketing emails, and digital campaigns. This position is key for implementing and managing digital assets from start to finish. In addition, this position will advise on timing, segmentation, digital marketing best practices and standards, and campaign performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all web, database marketing, email, social media, and advertising campaigns
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal team to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

The ideal candidate will have

• 4+ years of experience in marketing roles
• 1+ year(s) of experience in digital paid media marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
• Experience with creating and publishing content on enterprise-level web platforms (e.g., Adobe, WordPress)
• Experience with website analytics packages (e.g., Google, Adobe)
• Strong understanding of the role played by creative and messaging in the overall digital landscape
• Passion for results, consumer messaging, testing, achieving goals, and communicating successes

Salary / Compensation

Depending on experience and skillset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
