Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc., is hiring Staff HR Advisor to Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Analyze and manage large amounts of data and effectively present the summarized data to drive action for senior leadership for HR programs across key engineering business units. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms. Provide data analytics, identify trends, areas of interest that are useful and actionable for HR business partners and business leaders. Support the planning, development, and successful implementation of cyclical HR programs across several business lines. Consult and support management and HRBPs in the administration of HR programs, strategies, and initiatives across AMD Functional business units specifically in the areas of Talent acquisition, compensation planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, Integration with Acquired companies, leadership development, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and data analytics.

Qualifications: Degree required
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as an HR Generalist or related occupation.
Alternate combination of education and experience: Employer will alternatively accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as an HR Generalist or related occupation.
Specific skills required: The following skills are required:
Position requires one (1) year of experience in the following:
- Developing and planning HR polices, projects, or programs;
- Preparing and analyzing corporate personnel data reporting;
- Utilizing human resources software; and
- Administering corporate compensation or benefits programs.
