The Challenge
As a member of the Global Professional Services Strategy & Operations team, you will work in a growing, high energy, innovative team of professionals who are passionate about driving success for our customers through service programs crafted to accelerate value by providing experienced guidance and coaching on the most optimized implementation and configuration of solutions from the $5 billion+ Experience, Creative and Document Cloud enterprise software business.
As aServices GTM ReadinessManager you will:
*Drive development and execution of GTM readiness program
*Ensure long-term success of program by chartering future direction
*Align branch objectives and strategy with enablement solution
*Executive and management socialization of program impact
*Build Professional Skills course content in partnership with SME’s and has Instructional Designer polish
*Build the course curriculum for the quarter based on business objectives and field capabilities needs
*Arrange guest presenters and ensures presentation readiness
*Arrange producer or is the producer who manages technical aspects
*Coordinates with operations to ensure smooth curriculum pass-off
*Creates course calendar and catalog with the Communications Manager
*Understands and aligns business objectives, capabilities needs, knowledge gaps and GTM strategies across business unit
*Brings enablement stakeholders together and facilitates conversations to form enablement solutions
*Socializes enablement plan to audience
*Analyzes Academy engagement and adoption (partnering with Operations Manager)
*Project manages to ensure completion of strategic tasks
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $143,200 — $236,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
