The impact you can have
The role provides leadership and strategic planning for Ace’s Health, Safety, and Environmental program. This position has oversight in the execution of that program across over 25 facilities to include all RSC’s, BDC’s, and Cross Docks. The role is accountable for strategically aligning, developing, and maintaining policies and procedures designed to prevent work related incidents and ensure compliance with federal and state environmental, training programs, health, and safety laws. This role is responsible for the overall Safety Budget and Financial Performance of the RSC network. Execution of these activities requires cross functional collaboration with corporate business partners and site leadership teams. This position will serve as a subject matter expert and the primary point of contact for compliance programs that meet or exceed OSHA 29CFR, DOT 49CFR, IMDG, EPA 40CFR and NFPA requirements.
