Working within the E-Mobility Transit & Fleet, you will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy. You will also develop and implement marketing and training strategy for assigned products and segments to drive substantial growth for ABB’s E-mobility division. Owns the development of the global Go to market strategy, product positioning and value proposition for the light commercial fleet segment and the relevant charging solutions. Create and formalize opportunities to meet and learn from fleet customers about their unique applications and challenges. Develop feedback loop to relevant internal functions to share learnings. Develops competitor analysis for product/solutions relevant to segment. Maintains an expert level of knowledge on competitor solutions. Develops support materials and sales tools to enable the sales team to have consultative conversations with customers. Consolidates market intelligence of the segment/products from internal and external resources and completes analysis related to market trends and forecasting. Develop formats for sharing this input into product roadmap planning and business case development. Leverages strong technical expertise to identify potential solutions and opportunities for innovation and differentiation among competitors. Supports communications team by providing input and thought leadership into product and segment promotional materials. Leads the market introduction / launch of products assigned in the fleet segment. Builds personas and identifies needs per persona for the segment. Monitors ABB sales and market globally and reports results that identify existing gaps and new opportunities for growth. Develops Master support materials for the solutions and segment and owns the roll out to local country teams, ensuring they are understood and can be leveraged for local use. Define and implement product and segment training strategy in combination with training team. Develops training content and works with training team to deploy.
